People often complain about the inefficiencies of government functionaries but forget that the common man can also play a role in its effectiveness. When the District Administration was looking for assistance to screen citizens for COVID-19, 28 year old Akash Khare, a Deputy Manager with HDFC Bank, Bhopal, rose to the occasion.
Making time while working from home, Akash Khare, with his team of 6 members, goes on a door to door survey, trying to cover as many people as possible. His 15 year association with the RSS as a Swayam Sevak has made his task easy.
He opines that this is the time when the authorities need additional hands to achieve a common goal and people have to think beyond themselves.
