Admin Practice - ESMP - Volunteer Registration

Employee Skills Mentorship Program (ESMP) is a 4-week mentorship program (Can be altered based on need) designed to help students pursuing graduation to prepare themselves to face interviews confidently. Mentors will be given content and agenda based on which they support students and help them work on themselves.

Program Outcome:

1. Students with better self-awareness.
2. Confident candidate ready to face interviews.
3. Corporate get to choose well-groomed employees.
